Relaxation Audio Tracks
Relaxation is a critically important daily activity that we should all undertake.
Many people who attend the Thinkshift Clinic, don’t know how to start the relaxation process.
Rest In Natural Great Peace
We suggest a great starting point is a YouTube available meditation that lasts for 4 minutes and 50 seconds. It’s called “Rest In Natural Great Peace”
It’s not your usual meditation track, you know the sound of the wind blocking through leaves on a tree, or that sort of thing.
In fact this meditation track has some clanging background sounds and beautiful voices and the words are spoken by a Tibetan Rinpoche named Sogyal.
If you can spare less than 5 minutes twice a day, you will begin to feel a deep sense of connection with yourself and you’ll be able to relax.
Enjoy.
