Can my wife, husband, partner, sit in on the appointment?

There may be circumstances where it is necessary for a partner or spouse to sit in on a session, which can be undertaken with prior arrangement. This is nearly always the case with children who are seeking sessions. However in the whole, it is suggested that partners and spouses do not sit in on the session, as they can be a distraction to the therapeutic process, which in turn can be detrimental for all concerned.
