Andrew Reay had the pleasure of presenting Brainscaping® to the AACHP at the end of September 2019. The AACHP stands for the Australia Association of Clinical Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists. We had to cater for double the planned attendees. Eye Movement Desensitization Programming is a technique that incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy with bi-lateral eye movements or other forms of rhythmic, left-right stimulation. One of the key elements of EMDR is “dual stimulation”.
